I am unable to schedule any appointments.
When I am on the Dashboard I see a message that states "AccuLynx was unable to fetch calendar appointments" in the upcoming appt. box. I have tried to the username and email several times.
How can I fix resolve this?

If this is a newly created Google mail account you will need to activate the Calendar. To do so please login to gmail.com (http://www.gmail.com) and enter the email address and password that you have been supplying in the Company and User Settings page of AccuLynx.
Once you have logged into your Google mail account you should see a link in the upper left hand corner that says "Calendar". Click the calendar link.
If this is the fist time you have used the calendar it will prompt you to verify your name, location, and time zone.
Once you have verified the information and clicked continue your Google Calendar will be displayed on the screen.
That's it...
Now you can switch back to your AccuLynx account and refresh the Dashboard page by pressing the f5 key or by clicking the refresh button in the browser.
