Creating Templates

During the demo I saw the user use a template to populate an estimate and again to add to an order. How do you create these templates?:hardhat:

Creating templates for your sales force can be a great time saver.

You can create templates by entering the items you want stored in the template into an estimate. Once they are in the estimate you can click "Save as Template" in the upper right hand corner.

Note:only administrators and managers will be able to save a template.

When saving you will be prompted to enter a template name and asked if you want to replace an existing template. If you are replacing an existing template you must then choose the template you wish to overwrite.

You may want to create a template that includes all your roofing accessories such as Paint, Caulk, Nails, Etc.
