Printing a Customer’s Balance Sheet with Internet Explorer
When printing a balance sheet in Internet Explorer there is a Notes dialog box that gets blocked by default.
You may notice the following message at the top of the browser page:
This website is using a scripted window to ask you information. If you trust this website click here to allow the scripted window...
Note: Both the Mozilla Firefox and Google Chrome browsers allow this dialog box without issue.
In order to allow this dialog box to display you will need to adjust your browsers security settings.
1.) Select Tools-->Internet Options
2.) Click the Security Tab and choose Custom Level.
3.) Scroll down to the Scripting Section and enable “Allow websites to prompt for information using scripted window”
4.) Click OK and Apply your changes.
Note: Depending on the version of Internet Explorer the browser may need to be restarted for this to take affect.
